I like this photo. The use of some filters could have helped make the shadows "pop" out more. Along the railing to the left, there's a lot of interesting lines going on with the shadows. Those shadows could have been even more interesting if they were in higher contrast. There is a little bit of blown out exposure on the wall below the right rail, but it doesn't detract too much. I am guessing the sun was pretty high in the sky at this point. I'd like to see this same photo shot later or earlier in the day, too. Lots of lines and objects to create interesting shadows.
The only other minor detractor I think is seeing the people through the doors. You might have been purposely trying for this, however. It's just my personal preference, though. Good job! |
