The Curse of DIYby jonfrommkComment: Great title/concept! Love the composition and the simplicity of the whole thing. The focus loos just a tad to far back to me. It may have been interesting to try and get more light into the bubble. If it had been advanced editing I would have said to brighten up the vial and boost its contrast. |

Bubbles and Bokehby shankswareComment: A nice simple idea that works very well. I like the smooth colour transition from top to bottom. It could have done with just a few more sharply defined bubbles - but now I'm being picky. |

Late 60's: The 1910 Fruitgum Company invents Bubblegum Pop Music...by THEOLDGEEZERComment: A nice fun image that shows a plan carried through. The main thing letting it down is the lighting. Moving the whole subject further from the background would have helped with the shadow somewhat. Using a second light shining on the background only would have helped too. I think that if the trumpet had been facing the viewer more it would have helped the composition somewhat. |

Reflectionsby teebee2eComment: What a great image, the double reflection of the house realy make this image. The reflections held my attention for much longer than the image otherwise would have. The background works superbly too. Well done. |

Tiny Bubble(s)by colorcarnivalComment: Nice bubble. You have caught the colours well. I like the simple composition too - the central placement works well. |

Ahhh Bubblesby WillSnapsComment: A fun and sexy image. A great setup and composition. My biggest criticism is that the lighting seems a little flat. I think the milkshake needs a little more contrast and the models chest a little darker. That would help the image pop out more I think. |

Sleight of Handby dsa157Comment: Now that must have taken some doing! A great idea, nice composition, great pose, good light balance. The only criticism is that the light is a little harsh and makes the face and hand seem excessively pale. |

Ebb and flowby pineappleComment: A nice image, good compositional balance smooth tones and a nice use of colour. Not so keen on the border, I think plain old black would have been better. As it is the colour and tonal match of the border pull my eye from the frame rather than constraining it within. The border wont affect my score though - borders have to be real awful before I let them influence my score.. lol |

Just bubblesby anferhComment: Loverly patterns and clarity, good use of colour too. It looks like there may be a few dirty spots on the bottom of the container, creating the speckled effect within the larger bubbles. They are a tad distracting and take the final edge off an otherwise excellent image. |

Ray of lightby GabrielComment: A simple, yet interesting image. Nice use of light and a good composition. It doesn't excite me but it is so well done that I will still score it quite high. |
