Oasisby MichaelCComment: I like your intention, but the processing hurts the final product for me. The greens are glowing too much, as though you're trying too hard to make them stand out. 5 |

Gift of lifeby LalliSigComment: I like the pose - body and arms/hands, with the tree. The only thing I dont' like is the background. In the upper half(especially left arm/shoulder and face/hair) of her body, which is lighter than lower half the white background isn't pleasing to my eye. 7 - for comp/tecnique/orginality. |

Bent But Not Broken by jrjrComment: I like the composition and your intention with processing. However, for me it's little overdone. I think it really stands out for the worse is in the water near the letters on the tree. the water gets brighter in that one area. I do like the rest of the tree and sky. 6, cause it's way better than 5 but it's not a 7. |

the watchtowerby robaComment: I like the colors in the middle third. The top appears muddy purple, and I dont like the reddish tone of the ground. The scene is a little blah. 5 |

Symbiosisby mtppComment: Nice idea. I really like the bottom - the roots and little orange stuff. The background white doesn't appeal to me. 6 |

golfing with daddyby irishempressComment: I've been around golf & driving ranges...first two things I notice are the background building/sky and the distance between father/son. also hurting the scene is that the boy doesn't have a golf ball. the pose on both suggest the boy could be looking at a male stranger. a lot of my experience suggests that the father is usually behind the son, so to be able to watch the son. I think you'd have a great capture of the boy looking back over his shoulder at what daddy is doing. as far as the processing, i like the nostalgic look of the colors. hope this helps,
Josh
e.t.a....usually the 'bond' in teaching the game (father/son or player/coach) is the two facing each other or the 'teacher' is standing facing the range. if you're on a range and you don't want anyone to bother you and want to be left alone, you have your back to range.
