Evolutionby lunachickenComment: Good use of the photo's shape and I like your composition. I also appreciate the unusual subject. |

Caught by the Frostby kasabaComment: Very good textures and shapes. I think I'd like it even better with a little more contrast. Also, you used the long, skinny aspect ratio really well. |

Goodyearby mrbig65Comment: I really enjoyed the visual surprise of this photo. At first I thought it was a landscape, then realized what I was looking at, which was then reinforced by the title. Good use of composition and the long shape of the photo, too. |

Uh-oh!by glad2badadComment: Great, funny title and a good use of the photo's long shape. Black and white gives this an "old fashioned summer fun" feel, too. However, it's hard to tell what this is given the extreme dark tones on all the kids' heads. I wonder what it looks like in color? |

Destination Unknownby jomariComment: Nice use of color and shape, and a good use of the available photo shape given the required narrow crop. |

Mirroredby dtremainComment: I'm not sure the bit of gray sky is adding to the photo. As I write this comment, I'm scrolled down so that only the building is visible, and I definitely like it more that way. I think the shapes are interesting, and you used the long skinny shape of the image well. But I find myself wanting more contrast - blacker blacks and whiter whites. |

green dayby PennyStreetComment: Interesting set of objects to explore. You used the long skinny shape well, although I'm caught between admiring it as an abstract and wanting to know what the shiny thing is at the bottom (I'm guessing it's a car). |

Three Trees at Duskby MelonMusketeerComment: You used the long shape well, but the scene isn't too interesting to me. Maybe it'd grab me more with higher contrast, or a brighter foreground, or something to look at in the foreground? I'm sorry I can't give you more specifics. |

The Pen is Mightier Than the Swordby PangurbanComment: I feel caught between two different ways I'd prefer this: a wider view showing me something about the paper and a tighter macro, probably with a different angle on the lighting to bring out the interesting shapes and depth of the ridges and bumps. |
