Infinite Chocolateby sn4psh07Comment: Critique Club
Very nice take on the challenge. Well done with good focus and a nice amount of detail. The chocolate seems smooth as silk and they lettering is in fantastic focus in places. Definately a nice look at this challenge. |

INFINITE LOVEby howzaComment: Critique Club
This is a very touching image. The low key lighting makes it beautiful but at the same time seems too soft and boarding on the fuzzy side. A touch more lighting might have helped.
Nice take on the challenge. Very creative. |

Definately a very interesting image. Very good attempt at the challenge. Only flaw I really see is the bluriring of the image, which I am sure was simply cause of limited dof, but it does tend to take away from it. |

Gathering Lights To Infinityby DrakeComment: Critique Club
Nice image. Very good attempt at the challenge. I would say it works well. You got one small flaw in the photo that I am sure hurt you slightly in the voting. There is a light spot just off to the left of the beam, something that could have easily been corrected with different editing rules. Nice even though.
Good luck in future challenges |

Congrats on the win. It certainly is a good photo and the shadows are strong. Your lighting was very effective. Not lighting all 3 of them equally. Nice work and again congrats. |

My turn to critique one of yours Ed. I read your comment as honestly I wasn't sure what it was. After reading your comment I feel almost as though the voter was cheated by not being able to know what the shadow was, as it left me wondering. Now I feel so dumb knowing.
You seem to have written a very good critique all your own. I agree it does lack interest and possibly something as simple as a plant sitting in the window or a cat would have added that touch.
You do have some really good shadows in your photo and it fantastic to find inspiration in others work. Very nice attempt at sharing the world around you.

Ugly Duckling? Swan appearance?by amazoneeaComment: She's a cutie. Looks like you caught her while she was toddling around. I like the naturalness you have here. You might have had a perfect 10 had you had her posed sitting like a little princess but still very worth an 8 for cuteness. |

Nice image. The colors are good as are the details. Techinally the photo is good, however as good as it is techincally it lacks the "personality" it hold your attention. The orange leaves grab your attention but once it has your attention it doesn't hold it cause nothing else in the photos grabs you, that tree overwelms the photo and distracts the view from the cloud leaving it almost as if the photo isn't balanced out.
I do feel you met the challenge, and again I will say your colors are really good as are the details. |
