I see that you have blurred the fence in the foreground. This is not what I think of as bokeh, but the image is very nice, and I'll keep an open mind about the bokeh.

This feels very busy and without a resting place for my eye. The big blur front and center is annoying to me, and blocks me from entering the image.

This is lovely, but I'm not seeing any foreground bokeh. The overall fog or gaussian blur doesn't qualify in my understanding of bokeh. The background bokeh is very nice, and I like the mood of the image.
