Nice mood here with all the muted tones. I see lots of background bokeh, which is beautiful, but only a small ammount of foreground bokeh which is not that far from being in focus.

The foreground is so blurry it makes the photo just seem washed out.

This is lovely, but I'm not seeing any foreground bokeh. The overall fog or gaussian blur doesn't qualify in my understanding of bokeh. The background bokeh is very nice, and I like the mood of the image.

The thing about this, is everything is soft, nothing is sharp. So it's kind of DNMC. It is pretty though.
