Ahhh, Mornings!by BeeCeeComment: I love this composition! Clever idea, showing the coffee and plate waiting for the toast. |

Calmby ionelpopComment: Nice reflection. Points off because something looks unnatural about the wing, and the breast is out of focus. |

Precisionby BakerBugComment: This is really cool. It took me a long time to understand what I was seeing. This is a great interpretation of the challenge! |

Lakesideby meyersComment: This is a very pretty scene. I gave it 5 though, because my eye is lead by the shore line to the upper right, and when I get there the buildings look washed out and the opposite shore is too dark. In other words, when I get to the destination, there's not much to see. I think all this could be corrected in PS. I would try to make the bright trees a little more vibrant too -- not just saturation, but more highlights and maybe a bit of color adjustment. I might even try cropping the bottom to a little below the three distant ducks. I don't think the ducks in the foreground add much, and there is a lot of empty water in the lower right quadrant. |

Moon and starsby MelethiaComment: This picture doesn't suck, the voters do (except me). I gave it a 10. Maybe they all had crummy monitors.
Congratulations on a fabulous shot! There's got to be a market for this, being a landmark and all. Also very appropriate for election day:D
P.S. Where did the stars come from? |

Shards of my lifeby bryantbusComment: I really like this study. There are lots of interesting things, but my attention keeps returning to your grandmother, which is appropriate in the shards of your life.
BTW, I have never heard of glama, so I have learned something too. |

Viridianby bryantbusComment: This is beautiful! I like the way her features are visible even though they are covered. And the pendant really makes the shot. My eyes circle the image counter-clockwise: from the lips up to the eyes, then the pendant, and back down around the folds of the scarf to the lips again. |
