Very difficult to make out the hat in this photo. I'm more interested in the background setting.

The focus of the photo is more on the plane (especially the bright logo) than the pilot (and his head wear).

Too washed out- it is difficult to see the hat as the focus is on the background wall. I'm not sure I would have chose B&W for this photo.

I like this picture but I fin the drop shadow border is distracting (I keep looking at the border rather than whats inside of it). If you do opt for a border in the future I would suggest keeping it really simple and plain.

In terms of the picture itself I like how you used the corner post to tie the image together visually. The fence draws your eye into the picture creating a nice feeling of depth.

There is some interesting elements in the picture without it being too busy. (the fence, the tree/post, the pair of trees in the background; the nicely contrasted clouds in the sky).

This shot is quite compelling. I am not sure what emotion I am supposed to feel but its kinda of sadness? pity? curiousity? Well captured.

It appears that you used a rather wide angle lense on this shot. It came out a little distorted (Thats Toronto for you!) however it works well in this shot. The distortion draws the viewers eye into the scene and really adds to the depth here. Well done. 9

The dramatic tilt is a little distracting. I like the idea it just doesn't work for this subject unfortunately. 4
