Hushed Up in the Chestby GPComment: I like the negative spacing on the left. the wall seems a bit overexposed and bright (glaring). more light to the statue to bring out more detail would be great, but tough if not a "set up" shot |

Brain Childby crabappl3Comment: Nice picture of silence and contemplation. I do like the grain, but maybe if it were just a touch less obvious (gaussian blur it some). I read that using real film grain scanned in and then overlayed on the shot makes a perfect representation. But, that would be for your own use and not a basic edit challenge |

Silence at Sunsetby GrandmaEMTComment: this has great coloring in it. there does not seem to be any focus though. a lot sharper on the wharf would make it stand out against the background more and give more impact. a small aperture and longer shutter speed may have helped with getting the sunset a little crisper too |
