by MinsoPhotoComment: Hey, you splattered some paint. Just kiddin'. It's different enough to give it an edge. |

Anthuriumsby GermaineComment: Had you not given away the subject, I would say that there is something fishy going on with this one. It gives the illusion of a couple of goldfish in a round fishbowl. |

morningby jmritzComment: Nicely grainy looking. The effect reminds me of the images from push processed Tri X Pan 35mm film shot at ASA 800.
The simplicity of the composition is right for the effect. |

Leaflightby jomariComment: Interesting and unique effect. I was wondering if you used the stopper as the only lens, but I see you used the G12, so the question is answered.
Cool, f4 bottlestopper shot. |

Singer Islandby senor_kasperComment: I thought this might be your entry. I didn't vote, but this would have been in the top 5 for me. |

Age Old Adversariesby LeoComment: Nice shot, and I like having the BG in the shot as well. Looking at very old B&W photos, there are sometimes things of historical interest in the BG, like cars, signs, buildings, the way people dress ect that mean more to me than the main subject in the image. There's not much in the BG in this one that would fit that category, but it's a good street shot none the less.
I don't know whose move it is, but it's going to get messy pretty soon here. My bet is on black if it's his move. |
