I can see where you used the brush tool to paint out highlights. If you're going to do that, you should always sample a nearby color, rather than choose black.

I think this would have been great if you had included some of the shore in the frame. Without it, there's no reference point so it just looks like you pointed the camera into the sky and took a non-landscape shot.

Nice shot, but I think it would be really strong if you cropped in the sides so the centre of the arch was at the centre of the image, cropped the bottom so it was just past the power pole reflections, cropped the top so the top of the bridge was on a 1/3 line, and then cloned out the power poles and lines in the sky and pole reflections in the water. (Though the cropping alone would be a big improvement)

With a title like that, I feel like a few different creative choices could have made this a wonderful photo. In particular, I think a much longer shutter speed would have been nice (granted, not everyone has a thick ND sitting around). The slightly slow shutter speed gives a feeling of movement and speed which seems to contradict the title.

Serendipitous shot, but I feel like the processing detracts from it. The man appears to have a dark halo and the photo itself seems to be treated with an orton effect (soft glowy feel).
