Oh? Just looks like it's falling over. What I mean is, I don't think you need to be quite so explicit in your title. ;-) As to the shot: I find the other buildings distracting somehow, and the light quite flat - as in uninteresting. It maybe the focus, but there's a lack of texture here too. IMO.

How blue is that sky? Pity about the noise in it. The rock itself lacks sharpness, and I think you could have cropped in on the left border quite happily. Nice feel though.

Looks like a Fuji over-exposed sky moment. In fact, I feel the whole shot is over-exposed - could surely have been darker and not harmed your point, in fact might have emphasised those patterns, and lost some of the distraction of the plants.

Whilst there is a vague line in the clouds that IS horizontal, I don't think it's efeective enough to require the horizon to be tilted - and also, it's tilted so little it seems like a mistake. Like the light in the clouds, but you seem to have cropped that out just as it's getting really interesting. It's an OK shot, but looks rushed to me.

The water drops that you've proritised with the composition are the ones that are out of focus - which detracts for me a lot. Also, the b&w ... why? Don't see a reason, and tonally all the greys seem the same.

Isn't it backwards? It's very difficult for many of us to vote clearly on such an emotive image, especially with that title. I think you've chosen an odd stillness of flag though - kind of half a ripple.

Bet you wish weather had been last week! Nice shot - compositionally, a pity the rainbow has flared out a little - I think you could have darkened the whole thing, but many won't agree with me. Small image too - though it still works.

Of the three best phtos in this challenge, this was the lowest placed: you're a victim of the symmetry obsessives, and thos wwho can't be bothered to read the challenge instructions. never mind, it remains a fabulous photo. The others, by the way, placed 72nd and 101st - so your in pretty good company.
