Rather than adding to it i think the moon in the background and the resulting reflection actually take away from the image - often simplicity in this type of photo is better than trying for "more". dropped a point there from my (already above average) score :(

I might have had her head not tilted so much and her eyes looking more up towards you - looks way sexier that way if that is what you were going for with the shot as it is it seems more like an inquisitive/unsure look as she is looking out the side of her eyes. There is a guy on another site i am part of who nails this type of shot. Check out his gallery for some inspiration along those lines: Link
Obviously some of his shots are more "glamour" but the poses are great.

I was wondering about the nail polish too - just asked my mum - she says it is henna and that like kohl it is used by men (old school men i would probably add to that ;))
