ur subjecy here seems to be out of focus and im not sure what to say about the date stamp on ur photo? im sure if the subject wasn't cut off and in focus, minus the date stamp this could have amounted to a pretty nice photo

i like your concept here and where you were going with this photo. I feel tho that the pinkish? backround dosnt really help pull the idea off, maybe a bit lower angle and a black bkround with some backlighing added to this would of helped pull it off a bit more as a city skyline. I do on the other hand feel that the reflection is a nice part of this photo and is giving it a little extra.
