A Retirees Point of Viewby HipychikComment: I am so bummed that this didnt score higher. It's still one of my top 3 photos for the challenge. I dont agree with a lot of the other comments.
I like the hat just how it is. I like that the background isnt totally in focus. I think that people are missing that the focus IS on you. You laid out in the lawn chair, being, well, retired and enjoying life and your martini. Sure it could use a few tweaks but overall I wouldnt change much in this shot and I can totally see it in some magazine!

Motocross Formationby eaglebeckComment: I like how the dirt from the left bike is being thrown from the wheels. Im sure you have already gotten comments on the background being overexposed. This is a great image. If you would adjust the levels/curves and add a bit of contrast, I think this would be a gem. Oh and I see two dots in between the two people, maybe sensor dust? |

Day In. Day Outby HarryYComment: I really like this shot. the composition bothers me a bit though. The placement of the cello is a tad off, maybe like it should be leaned backwards on its side more. (does that make sense?) Some detail is getting lost in the lighting used. Not sure if the lighting was set up or not. It's a little too dark on the lower right. Good luck in the challenge! 7 |

Untitledby JCDeanComment: the second "untitled" photo in this challenge so far. Thats irritating. Why not come up with a title? A title is meant to convey something about the image from the photographer, to the viewer. What are you going for here?
It's an interesting shot, I just wish you had a title. Needs a bit of contrast, levels/curves adjustment. Not sure if I have ever seen a little ducky with no eyes. lol where did you find that? |

Bisphenol A. Ducky, descendant of Rubber Duckyby pravinaComment: now thats a big white border! I like the image, it's a bit small though. I like the scull and crossbones in the background. It's an interesting contrast. Curious why you chose to put such a big white border around though.
Could have used a bit of foreground lighting as well. |
