counting my blessingsby mrturtellComment: This image is exceptionally dark on my montior, which makes it hard to pick out all the details. In particular, the father and son in the image as extremely dark which doesn't help when they should be the subject |

Hopeby TomCubisComment: "The greatest thing about today's society is that you can be what you want to be, and do what you want to do, if you are willing to work hard enough for it"
Young, with his future still ahead of him, and with possibility in his face.........you have captured what I was hoping in this challenge, an idea of what is important........Not voting because I am in the challenge, but this is one of the best images for the challenge....... |

Sparklingly Hot!by brightspark567Comment: Devesh, in regards to size, most programs allow you to 'save for web' or similar, stripping the EXIF data off the photo. Most programs also have a slider of some sort when saving, allowing you to adjust the disk size of the image, therefore allowing you to upload at the full 800px. The 'Loss of Quality' in the image by doing this is not noticable int he range we are talking, and is significantly better than submitting a smaller image, that is very small on many of our monitors..........I think many people marked you down because of the size the image was here. |

crossleyby nivlekComment: A hard subject to photograph unless you have control of where it can be parked..... :)
Would have loved to see the whole car, just so that I can see what it looks like.......
Great control of the exposure in a really difficult situation |

"To new beginnings! Salut!"by GrayEllaComment: Like the idea, but in my opinion, I would like to have seen the last line to be just readable.........the use of depth of field to highlight Love is a great idea, but missing the last line of the phrase is like missing the last 5 minutes of a movie............ |

Colourby JudiComment: The colour in this image make it work.........the bright red hair against the pale skin, the blues and greens.........I often find portraits of people I dont know boring, but this is different and done both well and so different to the classic portrait that it provides so much interest |
