Love the composition of this, the red behind the flower works really well. I might have tried to keep all of the actual flower (ie blue) in focus, but doing that and blurring out the rest is not something I find easy........It is the colours though that make this image, the vivid blue, yellow and red work really well

Double Mooning

I presume this used covering the lens with a very long exposure time to achieve the duel exposure. The moons are well lit, but in the end the image doesn't really grab me. I would prefer (but doesn't meet the challenge) to see just the left moon, and thus the double exposure does not add to the image for me.

A well set up image that works well. Dual firing of the flash to get both images (and putting on a jumper between). A really good image for the challenge.

While difficult (probably impossible) to do, the only thing that gets me on this is the whole image is static, whereas it really does need some dynamic element to it, whether that is a slight blur to the fist and the head or something. That is the only thing that would turn this into a brilliant image

Very very well done.........Not sure straight off what the red marks are (is that the remote for the camera flash?) but the composition and execution of this is exceptionally well done.........

Thought that could be Michael in the free study. Guess you headed up to the high country. The painted feel is really good, as are the colours through this image.
Just missing Tayissa out of the image, but the I presume she was probably sleeping..

Ah.....the Suburbs.......I miss Melbourne.......

I always find it hard to preserve the rich colours in these type of shots. I probably would have cloned out the main lightpost (if I had time) cause i dont think it adds anything.......I do like the roundabout in the image, and the way the road comes from the edge of the photo. These llimes do help bring attention to the house on the corner.

I gave up Alcohol, Ciggies and Sex.........it was the worse 2 hours of my life.........

Great shallow depth of field in this.........good placement of items to ensure equal emphasis even though they are very different sizes.......

you obviously are much better at getting animals to do what you want than me........My well Trained Dog always became an undisciplined nightmare as soon as the camera came out (but never licked the lens).....Would have been great if the rightmost goat stood a little straighter so that it was not behind the horns of its mate, however, a nice image that means the challenge well

While I can see the three elements, and can understand what you were trying to achieve with this photo, it does not really meet the challenge. The front flower, in the most prominent position, and in focus, is clearly the subject of the image, while the two other flowers are supporting elements. The idea of this challenge was that the three elements were equal. Having the centre placed flower in focus, with the oother two, on the line of third, but maybe OOF, would have met this. However, I feel your score will suffer as people will think that one flower is definitely 'more equal that others"
