A Green Rideby angkokwengComment by Lockke: Is this a model with painting in the back or is this real and just over processed? I don't *love* the image but I can't stop looking at it, trying to figure out exactly WHAT I am looking at. Halos where the trees meet the blue background are distracting too. All that said, 6 for confusing the heck out of me. |

A Green Rideby angkokwengComment by Teafran: This image is both a technical and artistic success. The incredible highly detailed look of the background and the compare and contrast concept between height and depth is amazing. The color difference between foreground and background just increase it's visual impact. This should place very high if not a ribbon winner. Well done. |

A Green Rideby angkokwengComment by Melethia: I love the expansiveness of this - the green, the road, the city in the distance - and of course the red of the train and the tracks and the tunnel - great shot! |

A Green Rideby angkokwengComment by aliqui: Your eye is drawn to the trolley, and then you look up expecting to see a blue sky or a mountain only to find a whole city. Quite surprising! Beautiful area. |

Palmby angkokwengComment by Sheryll: A little flat but great job capturing the texture. A little increased exposure and some curves would make it better. |

Palmby angkokwengComment by Teafran: A solid entry into the challenge, it meets the criteria in a different and unique way. From a technical standpoint, the image is a more than adequate
with a few minor issues that are not worth mentioning. The artistic impact is rather bland and uninteresting, but the close in viewpoint is a plus. A little more time taken with composition would have given the author a better score. |
