Fierce and stark. I would actually like to see it softer, maybe with some blur -- to better convey movement. But I have a feeling you got exactly the effect you were after. Great shot.

Great idea and fits challenge. Mirror set perfectly to see back of teeth and other tools reflection from front. It's just a bit, well, boring, sorry!

The quality of the image is excellent and the composition is good apart from the scalpel which, to me, is in the wrong position and doesn't seem to quite fit the dental equipment theme (even though it's probably a perfectly valid inclusion)
