This shot is horizontally centered but the challenge specified dead center, which in this shot would be somewhere around the strip of lawn---not the main visual element. I gave this a five. |

Year of the Snakeby kostiaComment by kostia: Thanks for the comments. If I'd had any control over the snake's position, my angle for the shot, or the lighting, I might have changed some or all of them. But the zoo frowns on people breaking the glass and climbing in to rearrange or re-light a snake big enough to eat a small gazelle. :) |

Year of the Snakeby kostiaComment by PDavis: I bet it is a beautiful snake but I wish I could see more of the head. I think it would be better if I could see the natural color of the snake and not be distracted by the color of the lights on its body. |
