The shadows and highlights really bring out the textures in the weave of the cloth and the smoothness of the metallic zipper. "8" |

Zipby Spork99Comment by e301: Good tones, good detail, and a very fine sense of texture - can almost fel the roughness of that wool, and the mtallicness of the zip is well displayed. Strong composition, but without that spark of fascination for me. |

5by Spork99Comment by faidoi: Simple subject. Very good lighting gives a beautiful shadow to the indention of the 5 and really makes it pop out of the shot. Great texture captured on the weight. I like that you were decided to include a portion of the roundness of the weight. I think this shot would've done very well in the texture challenge. "10" |
