overall not the greatest presentation of an abandoned house as you can barely see the boarded up window and the (i'm guessing fencing?) is obscuring much of the rest of the scene including what looks to be an open door.
could equally be a house that does not have owners that are capable/willing of keeping it 'pretty', but have not yet abandoned it.

The sculpture is artistic, but the shot is of another's art. I would vote higher if there was more of an artistic shot of the sculpture.
