Beautiful expressesion...the composition is nice with the off-centred image and background. The levels are off with the white being bleached and the lighting on her face makes it appear a little flat (could be my laptop). Good Luck. 5.

I like the composition and pose as well as the outfit. the lighting seems a bit flat which can be great sometimes but seems to take some life out of this young lady's smile. the background is nice but if it is real I think I would like it just a bit more in focus. I understand you want to have the shallow DOF but I think you could have kept that but have the background a little more recognizable as flowers. all the criticism aside I like it and bet she was happy with the results.

An interesting glimpse of traditional American life. I wish Laughing Bird himself made just a little more connection with the camera, but I really like the sepia treatment a lot here.
