I love the perspective and lines. I think you could get even more of the structural detail by lightening the shadows. As for the sky, it's plain - if it weren't for the brighter area lower right, I would not mind it. I'd just paint that in. Lightening shadows will put more interest on the trees and much more on the bridge and the sky will pale (sorry :) ) in comparison.

I like the sepia tone. Good detail and focus. The sky is clobbering the image with relative brightness and lack of interest. I know... that's the sky you had to work with at that moment. Bridge detail and point of view are great. Nice leading lines and vanishing lines effect.
