photos of chess games are often very boring for me. to take my attention on these kinds of photos it needs a perfect composition and also perfection in techniks. I can't see both here.
You tried to catch some bokeh with the grid in background. this is nowhere near as good as a naturally bokeh, IMO.
My eyes get a littel bit confuse, where is the main subjekt?
Going with naturally light is a good idea, to bad you used it in an unflattering way.

I wonder what the bunny would look like if it were sitting on the yellow line. It would push my eye to it rather than being in my face. Still like the emptiness. Good luck.
