This really could have been focused a lot better to make the statement more clear. The tone arm, a significant component of the composition, is very fuzzy. The only element in focus is the spindle.

The focus on the needle looks too soft. I don't know about this being a good representation of "opposites"

This is a cool photo. I think you might get hammered befcause of blur and noise but don't let it worry you too much. If you were to rework this photo you could have a real winner here! Good job!

That's indeed a funny idea, but not exactly opposites, I feel B&W was the wrong choice here an the focus is kinda not in place I think.
