longing for the commuteby VenserComment by EntertainMe: Ah good ol' Toronto subway. It's interesting to have a perspective from afar when usually someone would be jammed up along side that crowd. I'm guessing this was shot through an open door after you thought to yourself "I'll catch the next one!"
Nice job on pulling a subject out of a busy image. Although she looks like she doesn't appreciate it as much, I do. Great photo. |

chondrichthyesby VenserComment by Lydia: Interesting choice for an Off-Centered Subject challenge.
I LOVE the image. It's fun and interesting!
However, if I were to describe it (outside of the challenge), the word "centered" would be in my description.
I hope no one agrees with me, though, and this does really well for you! |

an infamous traffic by VenserComment by Lydia: Originally posted by Venser: Originally posted by GolferDDS: Is that what you had in mind with your title? |
I wish I could give you some cool story about the title and why it was chosen; I cannot.
Just a random title I heard or read somewhere else that seemed to fit this photo. |
I'm glad I read through the comments, or I wouldn't have found this interesting nugget of info, Chris.
(Maybe put your notes in the Photographer's Notes section to help us poor, information starved readers in the future?)
I loved this from the moment I saw it and have been to see it many times again.
Everything about it is fabulous, including the BLUE ribbon right there next to it.
Congratulations!
