But... the tone of her skin does not look natural and the editing on the right side looks like a totally different edit than rest of the image to me. |

Appreciating the Fragrance by sfaliceComment by quiche: The lighting isn't especially flattering for the subject. Also, the processing has made the right side of her face (from viewer's vantage point) go all posterized, which isn't the best effect for this type of shot. Still, I can easily imagine her enjoying the scent of the rose. |

Piano Lessonby sfaliceComment by Nordlys: As a musician, I find the misalignment of the notes vertically and odd note grouping disconcerting. And why is the music on the left upside down relative to that on the right? Image-wise it's nice, good rule-of-thirds composition (pun not intended!), though the white balance seems slightly off: may as well go to B/W. |
