tiltby sfaliceComment by redmoon: it's hard to find an unusual viewpoint on a spherical object - surely it looks the same no matter what angle you take the picture from... i don't think a golf ball is the best choice of material - although if you got in closer and cropped it so you couldn't tell it was ball-shaped, it would be a bit more unusual. technically, the shot has really decent focus, but methinks is a bit on the noisy side? |

The eyes have it!by sfaliceComment by Pedro: this seems quite soft to me, perhaps a lighting issue. It's hard to get away with soft-focus on the close-up/macros, even if it's intentional. A little contrast would go a long way here i think. great saturation of colours. P |

The eyes have it!by sfaliceComment by awpollard: I might have used a little more light from the front in order to pick up a little more detail right at the mouth of the flower. Still a good shot. |
