A Nickels Dreamby instepsComment by redmoon: I can see what's going on, but i think there was just a bit too much exposure, and the spinning coin has no real definitionâ€Â¦ it does give the impression that the stationary coin is having a bit of a daydream (am I right?) but it just doesn't look right overallâ€Â¦ The background is too plain / black / without form as well. I like the concept though, and it does fit the challengeâ€Â¦ erm, 4. |

Passing Throughby instepsComment by cpanaioti: This is an image of very good contrasts, simple. I think more impact could of been achieved if the person were more to the left so the viewer could see all the way down the corridor. 6 |

Passing Throughby instepsComment by AmiYuy: Great use of repetitionm however the "orange" purse really does not draw your attention at all. Perhaps you could try to focus just on her (if your camera can do that) to blur out the busy background. I say "orange" because the purse looks very red to me. Too much sharpening also, the jaggies are distracting. Score: 4 |

Passing Throughby instepsComment by Rasai: I really like this photo, It evokes many emotions. The composure is fantastic! (I'd be tempted to say lucky - yet I think not). I would only have cloned out the 3 minor distractions (debris to the rigt of the 1st column on the left just behind the lady, the black mark just to the left of the 1st column on the right & the white spot on her coat) I think that there may a little trouble in the voting for this great photo as "Orange' doesn't come across (to me) as the primary subject. |
