Cool idea, I like it! I know there were a bunch of "independent inventions" with the same idea in this contest, but I like this one the best because you only differentiate the skittle with the S vs M. The other pictures make the skittle stand out by being a different color as well. I like the subtlety in this case.

Okay, this is nitpicky, but.... The books behind him "..of knitting patterns" "Needlepoint" just don't say medical. Another nit picky point- and I may be wrong on this- I don't think students get to wear the white coat. I didn't mark you down for either picky point. The lighting is good, you avoided a glare from the glasses, the coat is not blown out.
