Exposure and focus are problems here. I know your trying to get the gleaming white thing going and it does work to some extent on the bristles, but the handle of the brush is burnt out too which spoils the bristle effect. 4

Great colors, nice pic. I think you have just a little too much light directly on the brush. The detail in the bristle area seem to disappear. I like that effect I beleive that you was going for (that little twinkle thing we see on peoples teeth in TV commercials) in the area top left of the brush. It just seems a little bright to me.

Nice concept and great lighting. The lack of focus draws too much of the emotion out of the shot for me, though. (did I REALLY just use the word "emotion" to describe a shot of a toothbrush?!?!?!)
