waiting for the fishermanby gazdiComment by rjhawkin: I understand keeping the crop close, but the way the shot it laid out, the chair is too close to the top of the frame. Angeling up the camera a bit would have remedied it, and would have provided room for the 'fisherman' to sit. The Choice of B&W works well because what you are after is the texture of the dock. |

waiting for the fishermanby gazdiComment by lovethelight: I like this shot. it is very well composed. your use of line really takes the viewer around the photograph. i feel that the crop is a bit tight though, i would like to see more space up top so that it feels like someone really should be in that chair, gives it more suspense |
