Your details keep this from being even higher. The clothes and hair ties bring this to recent times and the colors seem to bright for the photos of that era as prints tended to fade over time. Even the gaze (which I love) brings it forward in time. As the ruling went into place, the understanding wasn't there very much and the eyes were lacking contact at that time. Even so, 8
