The silhouette doesn't do much for this shot. Use your full range of greys, not just the extremes...

I like the siluette of angel on light sky but i think its hard to get good picture where is two main objects... they will just start fighting for attention. This time angel wins and cross feels distracting part.

I love the composition of this shot! I really like the silhouetted statue, the subtle details of the bricks beneath the statue, and the cross on the bottom right totally makes the shot. Very very nice.
