I see one tiny oriface on the helicopter that could possibly be rusty. Also the image is slightly over exposed and has some colour cast. You can find some very good tutorials here: //epaperpress.com/psphoto/index.html

You might find that by blurring the background a bit using aperature setting, you could emphasize the subject... The background is a bit distracting...
