This is my second go-around =) - I think you did a good job, I like your take on the challenge. There's something about your composition that does not look right, but I cannot figure it out. Overall I think you did a good job though =)

I am making two passes on this Challenge. I will vote on your photo then return later(before voting is over) to comment on what I like and dislike about your shot. You can take the comments however you wish and I will try not to be mean. Just don't take it the wrong way.

This would be better straight on.

Diagonal comp is powerful when done well but in this case doesn't deliver the power it's capable of. Mostly there is no difference between the zones on each side of the statue so the comp is wasted.

Really nice - but an even tighter crop would bring more immediacy - and you would lose some of the annoying shadows. Maybe Santa will bring you a flasgun with a tilt/swivel head

Simple idea, very well executed. Nice photo-- would be a great print in a kid's playroom! 7

An excellent setup. Congrats to you for having the vision to "see" something like this in your mind's eye and then follow through with a beautiful composition. Beautiful!

Very nice. Some blurs in the colors, especially on blue bothers me a little bit though. But still very nice.
