"Black & White," On The Rocksby whagerbaumerComment by s4nd3r99: That's much better mate!
Sorry for the harsh comment before, I'm glad it helped though :)
Now it looks way better..Though now the opposites are less obvious.
Keep trying, you're getting better :) |

"Black & White," On The Rocksby whagerbaumerComment by beckettboots: Wonderful idea - the concept of black and white comes across beautifully. The composition and position of the birds within the frame is a little haphazard, and I'm not quite able to follow the lines as well as possible. I think a closer crop with only the right five birds with allowing the diagonal line of the ground to lead the eye might work a bit better. |

"Black & White," On The Rocksby whagerbaumerComment by photom: Your image has a nice overall feeling - and it's a nice idea for opposites. Composition wise - the upper left corner should be removed. Post processing - the contrast seems a bit high.
Still a good opposite entry. |

"Black & White," On The Rocksby whagerbaumerComment by sadrzy: Interesting - it seems like the birds have been "punched-out" of the image to reveal a black background. Black vs. white. Organic vs. inorganic. Smooth/flat texture (birds) vs. grainy texture (texture). Overall, I think all of your visual cues are working together to support the "opposite" concept. |
