Just a wee-bit Closer...by SkipComment by debitipton: I like this guy's expression -- quite the deceptive smile. The background has a lot of noise which is distracting. Try going into the selective color and adjusting the gray and black to see if it might reduce some of it or at least make it less noticeable. I might try messing with the contrast as well. -- see if raising it might make the croc pop a little more. Right now he's well blended which is want he wants to protect himself but you need him to stand out a bit. I like the crop -- I like that he's looking down on you. It give the photo a feeling of how powerful he is. |

Inertia Meets Gravityby SkipComment by Skip: Thanks to all who commented!
yes, this is the Shockwave at Paramount's Kings Dominion.
yes, i know now that i could have cloned out the bottom right corner.
the smudgy part of the bottom is a reflection, not sure what to do about that.
and, lastly, this image was also inspired by xion's Quay |

Inertia Meets Gravityby SkipComment by aznym: Great image. Love the composition and timing + the chosen shutter speed. Would have looked evem better without that bit at bottom right. Well done. |

Inertia Meets Gravityby SkipComment by bpickard: Not sure about complexity but great capture. Suggestions: clockwise rotation 10 degrees and cropping to remove bottom right railing and support attached to loop |

Inertia Meets Gravityby SkipComment by skylen: Cool picture! But it feels closer to simplicity than complexity. Simple arch shape on plain solid background. No intricate or elaborate details. |
