Nice subject. I'd like to see less blue in the white buildings. If you have to, isolate the white before tweaking the blue colors. Ideally the buildings should be pure white.

This image has a very strong blue cast: the whites aren't white. They're aquamarine. The perspective distortion makes it look like the lighthouse is leaning heavily or falling.

I like the shot, but there's a heavy blue cast to the buildings on my monitor. If you were going for that effect, it ends up being a little distracting. If you weren't then you may want to check your monitor and tweak your cyan. :)
