I'm Rusted & Weathered barely holding togetherby TracyComment by sylk: Nice subject ... but I would've zoomed in a bit closer to eliminate the environment. The focus is on the truck and should not be on the stop sign or the mail boxes, right? I think it would've been a bit more visually interesting to only see a certain part of the truck. |

I'm Rusted & Weathered barely holding togetherby TracyComment by chariot: this just looks like a snapshot. If you really think about it and give it some more effort you can do better than this. The first problem is the time of day. The sun is high so whatever is lit is really bright and what ever is in shadow is dark. Go retake this picture early in the day within the first hour of sunrise or in the evening right before sunset and you'll have a better picture. The shadows are also very hard and defined. I'm not sure whats to the right but a picture of the front of this truck, close to the grill and to the headlights would have been a great shot. |
