This picture is neat to look at, but goes blurry as soon as you look at the water so that is sort of distractiing. Although I would've liked to have seen the bottle not be so shiny and clean, I do like the picture.

From a technical standpoint, I see these flaws: contrast, lighting and cropping. Contrast and lighting are flawed in a similar way. The low light levels affects the overall contrast of this image. Like you mentioned yourself, it needs to be cropped to get rid of that white spot.

Aesthetically, it just doesn't pack a visual punch. I see the railing, the water, bits of the roof and the sunset but there isn't a main focal point that grabs my attention.
