You have effectively captured the challenge by photographing this tomato... In my opinion, the subject lacks punch or pizazz. When I look at this photo, I say to myself, "Yep... that's a tomato." I am looking for an eye-catching view... something that intrigues me... some part of the image that I can get lost in... Don't think this fits into the candid category at all. This to me is a self portrait of someone lying on the bed with a camera in the stretched out arm. Maybe better suited for "Fear" not "Candid"

Funky image! That eye is a bit scary :). I love the way the hair is spread out over the background. Somehow I think I'd prefer this if it was processed a bit more to really emphasise the dramatic composition, with brighter colours and more contrast. But nice work nonetheless.
