6 - I like this - the chromatic aberration actually adds something to the image as well, especially with the colors. Main nit-pick is that the tip of the thorn is broken (unless that is part of the 'concept'). Maybe some slight tweaking of the framing (maybe a border) and/or colors, may have given this a little more. Title suits the image and befitting abstract that, in my opinion, is in the spirit of the Challenge.

Good one! DOF is maybe a bit much on the base of the thorn but you've singled out the sharp end, the bit that matters to theme, so it's passable. This is a great idea.
