Congrats on a new personal best -- which I see you have already surpassed. :D

The lighting on the ceiling provides an uneven background that works very well with this image. With it the puzzle pieces do indeed seem to be floating at different depths.

The main drawback I see is the lack of anything that can be considered the center of attention. The random placement of the pieces may have won you points with the abstract lovers, but at the cost of a subject for the rest of us.

Bumping up slightly. Originally had this scored very low. On 2nd look it's a very strong concept "with" the aid of the title. A young woman sitting alone in the background of a bedroom as a secondary element would've made it a very powerful image and amongst the best in challenge. Better luck with your next submission.

The fence pattern and detail is very nice in this. I might have tried to do what I could to make the bacground as consistent as possible. You might have been able to that but only have the field or lawn in the background in this and in this you almost did in the bottom two thirds withe the exception of the tree root(?) on the lower right. A shooting the fence up to down might have worked.
