This is a really cool image...I think it needs a bit more contrast...I don't see any real blacks...and the greenish sepia is a little odd..but then again the image reminds me of an old faded photo...regardless...this is a standout amongst a bunch of ordinary apples.

Extremely clever .... very well done. The DOF works great here, but I'm not sure about the B & W .... maybe with a little more contrast, but still I'm not sure. I'd like to see the color version ....

If only the colours weren't so washed out.... I love the shot! It's very creative. There are lots of apples in water lots of simple apples but this is something different. I give it initially a 9 but I like this static motion so much that i bump it up. I feel like beeing hit with this apple. This shot makes me feel as if I was in the shot just about to catch it. Superb :)
