In the Shop with Hammersby whobeeComment by jmsetzler: I understand the capture of 'your corner of the world' in this photo, but on the subjectivity scale, there is nothing that really grabs me and says HELLO. I think you have used your lighting very creatively though :) - setzler |

In the Shop with Hammersby whobeeComment by Bea Gagliano: At first glance this photo made me laugh, reminding me of my husband and him always working on the car. What bothers me is that the tools being reached for are not car tools. It would have been a much better photo if the correct tools were used, or were you trying to make a statement that only hammers can fix the problem.... |

In the Shop with Hammersby whobeeComment by Marsha: I like the idea. Very cleaver. The different sizes, colors and shapes of the hammers are veryl interesting. I just can't figure out exactly where the hand is coming from. It appears that the top object is a light, but I can't figure out what is in the top right corner. So I am left a little perplexed. Still it is an intriguing shot.. |

In the Shop with Hammersby whobeeComment by cameo: You must be what my Dad called a "Hammer Mechanic"! I pity your poor car. I like the lighting and the texture of the floor. I can understand the rubber mallet, body hammer, even the ball-peen; but, an adze?!? What were you doing!?! 7 cameo |

flowerby whobeeComment by HBunch: this is really nice. I think it might have worked better to have the entire flower on the black background, but still nice. lighting and focus are good, and the use of neg space is clear, and used well. good job. good luck in the challenge. ~hbunch7187~ |

flowerby whobeeComment by willem: Another color than white as background would maybe have made it stronger. |
