I like the concept but the execution could be better. I would use an off camera flash set up to create more drama in the shot.

My immediate reaction: Doesn't do much for me, either as a standalone photo or insofar as meeting the challenge. But a nice close up of her eyes, and I'm sure she is a treasure to you (though not really a hidden one). Probably a 6 in the Eyes challenge, but just a 5 here.

Another one that I'm not sure works in the challenge. Also, it seems that her left eye is in better focus than the right. Perhaps a slightly deeper depth of field would have left me more satisfied. I know that you probably tried all different crops and who am I to say "you should have cropped it differently", BUT the crop doesn't quite work for me. With a shot like this, I might have tried to play with some brightness/contrast adjustments as well. I think it could have made it more dramatic. 5

Blue eyes are always mesmerising. Moms, housewives, grans are all treasures, often neglected and forgotten. DMC.
The shot is just OOF, and I would have used natural light in her eyes to emphasise that beautiful blue.

With the shutter speed used the car appears to be stopped on the track. I think this would be much more dynamic and interesting with a motion panning approach.

Interesting. There's a motorcycle, panned, in Straight, and a car, panned, in Twisted... Not sure how this meets the challenge (nor was I sure of the motorcycle in the other challenge.)

I'm sorry to say but I don't see the connection to the challenge. I'm very sorry if I'm missing something that should be clear to me. But if I'm missing it it's probably possible that others may be as well. There are some curves but none seem to be a prominant part of the photo and your title doesn't indicate that any of them were your intended focal point. So I'm lost. Otherwise, nice capture. I see tons of wonderful straight lines flowing through the frame. Nice colors as well.

Sorry to have missed this one, its straight out of a hollywood motion picture! I love the smoke, the DOF is fantastic.

Civil war re-enactment. You've done a great job of capturing the smoke, (or fog), and the sense of period. It could have looked just this way when it happened back in the mid 1800's.
