i find this crop to be awkward. A tree should always have a base touching the ground. The hills of sanfran make that difficult, so the city does not lead itself to this kind of shot. I would have retook the photo until i got one without the unexplained light flare to the left.

Nice night shot. I like the way the palm frames it on the right. Too bad you couldn't get rid of that pipe framework in the center foreground, but that's a minor nit-pick.

good photo with interesting lighting. I like the use of DOF.

One small suggestion if I may. Use Transform/Perspective to pull out the bottom corners just a bit - the idea being that you want to straighten the lines at the left and right edges of the frame. Take a look at the right edge of the window on the right side of the photo to see what I mean. I think that line should be straight vertical.
